How do I choose my size?
Sizes are shown in US sizing with the EU equivalent. When a size chart is available, open it next to the size options: measure your foot from heel to longest toe and pick the matching size. Between two sizes, choose the larger one.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum. Your order is prepared in 3 to 4 business days, then delivered in 6 to 8 business days, so most orders arrive within 9 to 12 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
What if it doesn't fit?
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and only tried on indoors. Email contact@the-orthopedic-shop.com with your order number to start a return. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.
Is this product a medical treatment?
No. Our products are designed for comfort and support in everyday life. They are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition. If you have a foot or health condition, please talk to your doctor or podiatrist.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments go through Shopify's encrypted checkout, and we never see or store your full card details.
